Space Age Send-Off
Back to the Future: Bachelorette Party Edition
Inspired by French designer, André Courréges and 1960s Space Age fashion.
Space is the best. Outer, personal, blank. All of it. So, it is no surprise that this bachelorette party is styled from the futuristic era that speaks directly to my sleek, spaced-out soul. With some added fun from vendors like: Vannagram & Co. with the sweetest VW bus around, cotton candy treats from Fancy Fluff , spot-on jewelry from Hey Murphy and custom mod wigs from Coco Coquette. All captured by Whitley Stratton Photography.
Inspired by my late night stumble across the world of paper dolls and then the purchase of a Mod paper doll magazine, Dorothy Irvine custom-made this stellar, paper-party invitation for the occasion.
I have been obsessed with Coco Coquette's dreamy hair since I moved to Austin, so being able to incorporate colorful, custom wigs as a fun party addition was super sweet. Makeup by the wonderful Style Color Groom and wardrobe styling by me from the closets of each of the fashionista models and the Goodwill around the corner that always has some gems. Paired with sweet sunglasses (some old, some new) and silver + acrylic jewelry from Hey Murphy.
